The Pop Network Trust Index 2026: What the Public Record Actually Says

Try researching any pop ad network before you deposit and here is what you get: one review site says 4.9 stars, another says 2.2 — for the same company. A forum thread swears it’s a scam, the reply under it posts payment proofs. The network’s own blog ranks itself #1. Somebody’s Trustpilot page just got carpet-bombed with 52 fake reviews in one afternoon, and another network’s rating has been taken down by Trustpilot entirely. What the hell is a buyer actually supposed to believe?

That question is why this page exists.

What this page is: the public record on 12 pop and push ad networks, gathered in one place. We went through it the same way any careful buyer would — live Trustpilot pages, independent awards, community votes — and wrote down what each source actually says, with the link, so you can verify every line yourself. We are readers here, not judges: this page contains no grades, no ranking, and no score invented by us. The networks are listed alphabetically. What you conclude is your call — our job was only to do the reading and share it.

Networks with fewer than 40 reviews carry a SMALL SAMPLE tag, because a score built on a dozen opinions is a different thing from a score built on a thousand.

Five things the public record itself shows

• The independent votes agree with each other — and about who is absent. Across every 2025–2026 community ranking we could verify (affLIFT Peak Awards, OfferVault Top Networks, Affbank Awards, MAC Awards), the same two names sit at the top: PropellerAds and Galaksion. Just as telling: five networks on this page — PopAds, ZeroPark, ClickAdu, PopCash, AdMaven — appear in none of them.
• One network’s rating has been suspended by Trustpilot itself. AdMaven is the only network on this page whose trust score the review platform currently refuses to display, citing a guidelines breach. That is not our claim — it is printed on the live Trustpilot page.
• Review scores are fragile. Galaksion’s score fell from 4.4 to 2.5 in a single day after 52 negative reviews the company traces to one individual; Trustpilot removed only some of them. Whatever you conclude about the network, the incident is documented — and it shows how fast a “trust score” can be moved by one motivated person.
• Review platforms disagree with each other. The clearest example: ZeroPark scores 2.2/5 on Trustpilot and 4.9/5 on G2 and Capterra — the same company, at the same time. And the split runs system-wide: the two networks that keep winning the advertiser votes, PropellerAds and Galaksion, score only “Poor” to “Average” on Trustpilot, where publisher payout disputes dominate the reviews. Advertisers and publishers are two different publics rating two different experiences. If review sites can be that far apart, no single score should ever decide a deposit.
• Sample sizes vary wildly. The review bases below run from 975 reviews (Adsterra) down to 13 (ZeroPark). A star rating means little until you know how many voices are behind it — which is why every count on this page is printed next to its score.

Who actually does the ranking — and what kind of voice each one is

Before the network cards, meet the rankers. These are the independent places where media buyers publicly vote on pop/push networks — and what kind of voice each one is matters as much as its verdict. Every one of them is an open community vote, and networks openly campaign for votes in all of them, so treat each as a single witness. The real signal is agreement across several.

Also checked, and honestly empty: the mThink Blue Book ranks CPA networks only (no pop/push category exists), and the AffPapa iGaming Awards 2025 — all 31 categories — contain zero pop/push networks. The affLIFT winner threads block automated readers, so those lists were verified via search-engine indexation of the linked threads; the links go to the original posts. We also looked at BlackHatWorld, AffiliateFix, the STM forum and Reddit — the relevant threads there are paywalled, anti-bot-walled, or could not be verified beyond search snippets, so nothing from them is quoted on this page. We only print what we could actually read.

How to read a network’s public record before depositing

• Check the sample size before the stars. A 4.0 from 12 reviews and a 3.3 from 975 reviews are not comparable numbers. Small samples move with a handful of opinions.
• Read who is complaining. Publisher complaints (payouts, account closures) and advertiser complaints (traffic quality, refunds) describe two different sides of the same business. Work out which side you will be on, then read that side’s reviews.
• Compare platforms. When Trustpilot, G2, Capterra and forum threads agree, believe them. When they split wide open — as documented above — treat every score as one witness, not a verdict.
• Look at how the company responds. Trustpilot shows whether a network replies to negative reviews. Silence is itself information.
• Whatever you conclude, protect yourself commercially: keep balances small, withdraw regularly, and document your account history — the most common complaint pattern in this entire index is money stuck in an account, not ads that failed to serve.

Why do review platforms disagree about the same network?

Different audiences and different rules. One platform’s reviews may come mostly from publishers, another’s from advertisers; solicitation policies differ; and both review-bombing and review solicitation are documented on this very page. That is why every score here is shown with its sample size and its link — so you can weigh the witness, not just hear the number.

Are the community awards and votes reliable?

They are real and independent of the networks — but every one of them is an open vote, and networks openly campaign for votes in all of them. That is not a reason to ignore them; it is a reason to treat each as one witness. When four separate voting communities put the same names at the top — as they currently do — that agreement is much harder to manufacture than any single result.

Did the networks have any input into this page?
