1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PureGuard.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PureGuard provides server-side traffic security and bot detection services via API. The Service analyzes HTTP request metadata to classify traffic as human or bot.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) share API keys with unauthorized third parties; (d) exceed your plan quota limits through automated means.

5. API Usage & Quotas

API access is subject to your plan's monthly quota. Exceeding quotas may result in temporary suspension. Free/demo accounts are limited to the initial balance provided at registration.

6. Data Processing

PureGuard processes IP addresses, User-Agent strings, and HTTP headers for bot detection purposes. We do not store personal browsing data of your end users beyond what is necessary for threat intelligence.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

PureGuard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your API keys will be revoked.
